Jamie Minier

Jamie Minier, President of The RightThing, Inc., has more than 13 years in the RPO industry, and has served in many different operational areas, including solutions specialist, college relations, change management, client support, reports and analytics, ATS management and on-site implementation for large-scale clients. Prior to her current role, Jamie served as Chief Operating Officer for The RightThing.
To further advance The RightThing, Jamie pursues a variety of business strategies. She continually enhances the company’s portfolio of service offerings, develops relationships with strategic partners and industry analysts, reviews competitive analysis trends and educates the marketplace about the advantages of RPO.
Jamie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a board member of Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association, and a Human Capital Institute member. She is a regularly featured speaker at industry conferences, seminars and Web casts.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in international business and marketing from Bowling Green State University, where she graduated with honors.
