Our Strategy

The RightThing delivered a highly functional college recruiting program that managed the time intensive administrative tasks associated with this effective recruitment method. The RightThing developed a plan to manage the details of interview scheduling, event planning, shipment of materials, and established communication follow-up through our applicant tracking system. We then designed an employee referral policy that presented a solution for the tracking of all administrative functions including recording referrals, and overseeing the allocation of payments to referring employees.
