Working with a different outsourcing provider, the company was disappointed with the results. Our Strategy
The RightThing led a 12 week implementation and transition strategy that included a complete process redesign. Key stakeholders from the company and The RightThing held complete control of the process. With a broad cross-section of the organization involved in the implementation, expedited buy-in and ownership of results, a sub-team was formed to focus specifically on communication.
Successful implementation and transition required understanding and integration of critical aspects of an business including the organizational direction, strategy, technology, systems, culture, past vendor relationships and the staffing process itself. The implementation team assessed and addressed each of these influences throughout the 12 week implementation process which resulted in an integrated execution that delivered the right staffing method for the company. Since launch of the new process, we have processed over 365,000 candidates and have hired 2,296 professional representatives to date.
