Pharmaceutical Company Launches Successful Employee Referral Program With The RightThing®
Business Need
Due to tremendous growth, this renowned pharmaceutical giant lacked the resources to manage a successful employee referral program. To ensure positive candidate and employee perceptions and help build employment brand, they came to The RightThing®.

Our Strategy
The RightThing designed and administrated a referral program that included robust technology solutions and branded web portals. Internally, The RightThing worked with the client to create a marketing campaign reinforcing the value proposition in referrals. A streamlined process also ensured timely feedback to employees on their referral submissions.

The RightThing also worked with the client to develop a strong communications and relationship building function with perspective candidates that offered a high touch experience. Technology was implemented to help keep candidates engaged throughout the entire process which allowed the client to stay in touch with candidates after every step with e-mail updates regarding their status. It also enabled the candidate to easily schedule interviews and other appointments online and would follow up with reminder e-mails as the appointments approached. All electronic communications were also supported with a live, toll-free candidate care phone number that was available to the applicants to call at any time with any questions they might have.
