In order to boost efficiency, The RightThing implemented an automated candidate self-scheduling process for phone interviews and automated the actual phone interview process. To maximize the client's applicant tracking system and allow for automated onboarding, RightThingRecruit® was implemented. Additional interview times were added to weekend and evening hours to allow for improved candidate experiences and an overall cycle-time reduction. To meet the challenges of an unpredictable ebb and flow of the business, a scalable resource model was provided in order to support the shifting hiring demands as the company needed.
