Our Strategy
After meeting with the client to understand and clearly define the mission, vision, experience and employee value proposition, The RightThing built out a communication and sourcing strategy to effectively reach potential candidates. This included an optimized career site that helped build brand awareness and enhanced marketing and communications initiatives through search engine optimization (SEO). Additionally, a number of streaming videos embedded throughout the application process helped jobseekers truly understand the job at hand. One illustrated a "day-in-the-life" of a specific position; another introduced the candidate to the current team and supervisors. With twelve videos throughout the process, the client saw a significant increase in quality and candidate satisfaction, which in turn enabled them to successfully staff their peak season, a historical pain point.
