The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry continues to gain the interest of new service sectors fueling the annual growth of this growing industry. Recognized as a leader in RPO, The RightThing’s pallet of clients reflects this expanded interest in the services delivered by RPO providers.
During the second half of 2007, The RightThing has inked deals with Wal-Mart, Vail Resorts and Harvard University which represent the retail, hospitality and higher education industries respectively. In addition, The RightThing continues to deepen its share of more mature markets including new contracts with Chubb Insurance (financial), Covidien (healthcare), MedImmune (pharmaceutical), MedPointe Pharmaceuticals, Boehringer Ingelheim (pharmaceutical) and Cartus (relocation).“
Historically more than half of our clients have been in the financial services and manufacturing industries,” explains Terry Terhark, President and CEO of The RightThing. “While we continue to serve those areas well, it’s exciting to see our services embraced by new areas of interest.”
According to a recent study by NelsonHall’s Gary Bragar, the RPO industry will continue to see strong increased demand for RPO in the financial services, manufacturing, government/defense and healthcare industries with banking and pharmaceutical manufacturing projected to hold 43 percent of the RPO market.
From one of the most elite Universities in the United States to the world’s largest retailer, The RightThing’s list of new clients continues to set the stage for record breaking growth. “Our experience and strategic vision have enabled us to continue to capture our fair share of the RPO market. It’s been our passion for the last 17 years and it’s rewarding to provide services to such an elite group of clients,” comments Terhark.
Founded in 2003, The RightThing has experienced exponential financial growth at a rate of 250 percent year after year. Employee growth has also been tremendous. Total employment was 29 at the end of its first year and now stands at 475 employees today.
The RightThing assists organizations in accomplishing their hiring goals and objectives by streamlining hiring processes for large corporations through outsourcing.
