The RightThing Continues Growth and Success Through Economic Downturn

Despite national economic challenges, The RightThing, leader in customized recruitment leadership, training and outsourcing showed strong results in Q2 of 2008 securing thirteen new deals and launching two new product offerings with expansions into the SMB and outplacement markets.
During the second quarter of 2008, The RightThing inked deals with Advanced Technology Services, EnerMax, Hilton, Ciba Specialty Chemical, Comcast, Hallmark, SAIC, Ciba Vision, Micron Technology, Gulfstream, Cincinnati Bell, Ikaria and increased business with current client Owens Corning.
“With more companies turning to RPO, the first half of 2008 has proven very robust,” said Terry Terhark, CEO of The RightThing. “Our pipeline is strong and we are optimistic of what lies ahead.”
Building on the recent acquisition of AIRS, The RightThing introduced two new major service offerings: The RightThing SMB TalentPoint, a turnkey solution that offers a high performance RPO function for fast growing enterprises with 750-4000 employees and Transitions, an outplacement service that provides a more effective and personal solution to corporations who are reducing their labor force.

Continuing its leadership in recruitment training and technology, AIRS completed a record quarter securing over 700 new deals including ones with Hewlett-Packard, Comcast, and IBM. AIRS also launched the new Certified Diversity Training Workshop which features an all new encompassing look at finding diverse candidates on the internet.
